Gabriel Lugo appointed President of Charles Taylor Risk Consulting
Charles Taylor Consulting subsidiary set to expand in Latin America
Charles Taylor Consulting plc has appointed Gabriel Lugo as President of its risk management consultancy Charles Taylor Risk Consulting (CTRC).
In his new role Gabriel Lugo will lead the development of CTRC's global risk management activities, including an expansion of its capability in Latin American markets.
Gabriel Lugo, based in Dallas, Texas previously headed Charles Taylor Consulting's U.S. risk management business. Gabriel says: "Our business is delivering strong
international growth and we continue to obtain quality instructions in Asia and Africa/Middle East. Our growth in Latin America is particularly robust and has outpaced
other regions; we have made significant investments in the region and will continue to invest in additional resources to ensure that we can build on our existing high level

New Risk Management Requirements Set Out by the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
The U.S. Securities Exchange Commission has approved a new regulation which requires corporations to disclose their risk management policies and the board's
involvement in the risk management process. The ruling will require the disclosure of how a corporation performs risk identification, management of
risk throughout the entire company, and risk tolerance, this new rule makes Enterprise Risk Management ever more crucial for corporations.
