An increasing number of Latin American companies are incorporating enterprise risk management (ERM) into their business strategies to improve their organizations. To implement this strategy, they have developed policies, programs and functions that support an ERM framework. Follow this guide to design and implement an effective ERM system that supports your organization’s unique objectives, while monitoring and improving strategies and results. Join in the panel discussion of different Latin American practices found in the ERM      structure, such as the roles of internal audit and internal control. This is a bilingual presentation (English and Spanish). This session is hosted by ALARYS  (Asociación Latinoamericana de Administradores de Riesgos y Seguros).
